Booking Confirmation: By booking a fishing trip through BloodyCatch, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation from BloodyCatch.
Weather and Safety: Fishing trips are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled by the guide in the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions. The safety of participants is paramount, and the guide’s decision regarding weather-related cancellations is final.
Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the fishing trip. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the guide may result in the immediate termination of the trip, without refund.
Equipment and Gear: Participants are responsible for bringing their own fishing equipment and gear unless otherwise specified by the guide. Any damage to or loss of equipment provided by the guide may result in additional charges
Liability Waiver: By participating in the fishing trip, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with fishing activities. Participants agree to release BloodyCatch and the guide from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during the trip.
Insurance:Participants are advised to obtain adequate travel and health insurance coverage for the duration of the fishing trip, including coverage for emergency medical evacuation and trip cancellation/interruption.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or concerns regarding the fishing trip should be addressed directly with the guide in a timely and respectful manner. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, participants may contact BloodyCatch customer support for assistance.
By booking a fishing trip through BloodyCatch, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and acknowledge their understanding of the risks and responsibilities associated with the trip.
Order Placement: All fishing trip bookings must be made exclusively through the BloodyCatch platform. Direct bookings with guides outside of the platform are strictly prohibited. Any attempts to bypass the platform for booking purposes may result in the cancellation of the trip without refund.
These terms regulate our Payment and Pricing, and the rights and obligations of all Users and Customers who pay or receive money in connection to the services listed on the BloodyCatch platform.
It is hereby acknowledged that BloodyCatch pre-negotiates certain rates with guides to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. Users hereby authorize BloodyCatch to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the rate displayed on the Website. Upon submitting a reservation request, Users authorize BloodyCatch to facilitate reservations on their behalf.
The price of the Vendor’s services will be as quoted on the Website, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already accepted by Vendors. Despite BloodyCatch best efforts, some of the Services listed on the website may be incorrectly priced. A final price will be given prior to a trip being confirmed by the customer. Errors are rare but can occur in the pricing system and these cannot be honored. BloodyCatch is under no obligation to provide Services to a Customer at an incorrect (lower) price, even if a booking has been confirmed.
BloodyCatch expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the website and/or on made unpending reservations der an icorrect price. In such an event, if available, BloodyCatch will offer the customer the opportunity to keep their pending reservation at the correct price or the reservation will be canceled without penalty.
All users Hereby Acknowledge and Adree that BloodyCatch is not obligated to determine whether taxes apply and is not responsible to collect, report, or remit any taxes arising from any transaction. Users are responsible for determining any of their applocable tax reporting requirments and the taxes that should be included and for including taxes to be collected or obligations relating to applicable taxes. Users are also solely responsible for remitting to the relevant authority any taxes included or received by users. Bloodycatch AS cannot and do not offer tax-related advice to any customers or vendors.
Guides/vendors cannot offer service for the same customers who come through the BloodyCatch platform directly or through third parties in other ways in 25 months from last order. They can only through BloodyCatch platform.
